Job Summary
The warehouse associate is responsible for support in logistics of manufactured materials in adherence to US Specialty Formulations LLC (USSF)’s standard operating procedures. The warehouse associate reports to the logistics manager

Responsibilities

  • Operate in accordance to USSF standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure formularies are handled and processed as appropriate.
  • Perform warehouse activities with a focus on safety and quality under cleanroom aseptic conditions.
  • Assist in batch processes including visual inspection, labeling, and packaging of final filled containers.
  • Make updates to SOPs to ensure accuracy of warehousing activities.
  • Document warehousing activities accurately and appropriately.
  • Be responsible for maintaining accurate training records for all applicable job duties.
  • Propose changes to improve the quality, efficiency, and safety of all processes using the proper change control procedures.
  • Perform daily maintenance, cleaning, and organization of work area(s).
  • Use of pallet jack and/or other machinery
  • Perform activities related to inventory management inducing the execution of transactions within the Enterprise Resource Planning tool used at USSF.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

  • This position requires working with knowledge of aseptic conditions.
  • This includes donning cleanroom attire and the use of additional personal protection equipment.
  • This position requires operators to be able to lift 50 pounds on occasion.
  • This position requires the use and proper handling of chemicals and other biologically active species.
  • 60% computer assignment, 40% physical assignment
  • Proficient in using computer programs such as Microsoft office and various warehouse management systems (i.e. Fishbowl, Intelex, etc.)

  • Pharmaceutics production: 2 years (Preferred)
  • A Bachelor’s of Science in pharmaceutics, chemistry, immunology, biochemistry, or related field is preferred. A Pharmacy Tech will be given additional consideration.
  • 2 years of experience in a laboratory environment with a 4 year degree. 2-4 years of experience with a high school diploma.

Job Summary
The Production Technician is responsible for executing instructions of pharmaceutical batch formularies, with the use of Batch Production Records and in adherence to US Specialty Formulations LLC (USSF)’s standard operating procedures. The production technician reports to the Operations manager

Responsibilities
Manufacturing and Process

  • Operate in accordance to USSF standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure formularies are executed as described.
  • Perform warehouse activities with a focus on safety and quality under cleanroom aseptic conditions.
  • Perform manufacturing activities with a focus on safety and quality under cleanroom aseptic conditions.
  • Formulate, fill, and finish batches including visual inspection of final filled containers.
  • Make updates to SOPs to ensure accuracy of manufacturing activities.
  • Document manufacturing activities accurately and in real time in all applicable Batch Production Records.
  • Be responsible for maintaining accurate training records for all applicable job duties.
  • Propose changes to improve the quality, efficiency, and safety of all processes using the proper change control procedures.
  • Perform daily maintenance, cleaning, and organization of the lab area and clean rooms.
  • Perform activities related to inventory management inducing the execution of transactions within the Enterprise Resource Planning tool used at USSF.
